NY CARMEL — Carmel Town Board approves $656,000 in fund encumbrances and multiple fiscal measures. All votes were unanimous across seven resolutions: the Board approved $656,167 in fund encumbrances from 2025 into 2026, covering data imaging equipment, park maintenance, and Swan Cove improvements, along with budget modifications (Schedules #2025/06 and #2025/06A) managed by Comptroller Mary Ann Maxwell. The Board also unanimously settled pending tax litigation filed by 1875 Route 6, LLC, regarding Tax Map No. 55.10-1-13, executed by Certiorari Counsel Hogan, Rossi & Liguori, and appointed Luke Webber as Account Clerk in the Building Department at CSEA Group 2, Step 1.
