The board unanimously approved a final site plan for Christopher DeGasperi at 112 Buckshollow Road while scheduling public hearings for an amended site plan for the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department and a garage expansion at Raymond Hill Cemetery. The board unanimously recommended denial of a home-based tailoring business proposal from Amy Claros and a dog kennel facility proposed by Joanne McConnell, citing concerns about parking, traffic flow, and zoning compliance in residential zones.
