NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board approves four applications in single session. The board voted unanimously to adopt resolutions for Raymond Hill Cemetery Final Site Plan Approval, Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department Site Plan Approval conditioned on a $33,000 performance bond and $1,650 engineering fee, Carmel Residential Final Subdivision Approval, and McConnell SEQR Negative Declaration. Church of St.
John the Evangelist's amended site plan for 72 new parking spaces at East Lake Boulevard was declared lead agency for further environmental review, while a gas station expansion at 2 Dykeman Road was tabled pending plan revisions addressing fuel tank replacement, parking calculations, and dumpster relocation issues.
