NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board votes unanimously to reject People USA stabilization center application. All six members present voted to deny the application after months of board analysis and hearing public comment, with Chairman Craig Paeprer noting the extensive data review. The board also approved Carmel Residential's Final Site Plan (Resolution #26-03), granted a six-month extension for Old Forge Estates pending Albany approvals, and scheduled public hearings on bond returns for two completed projects: Stillwater Business Park (original bond $212,000) and Veolia London Bridge Wells (original bond $108,000).
