NY CARMEL — Planning Board approves housing site plan and advances subdivision hearings. The board voted unanimously to adopt final site plan and special permit for Putnam County Housing Corp at 11-17 Seminary Hill Road and final site plan approval for Bonasera's Restaurant at 18 Clark Place. Chairman Craig Paeprer led the seven-member board in scheduling public hearings for Entrance Way Partners' two-lot subdivision at 14 Entrance Way and Golden & Gaylog's lot line adjustment at 19 and 23 Colton Road, while granting a six-month extension for Western Bluff Subdivision.
