NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board approves trucking facility, sends theater application to ZBA. The board unanimously approved final site plan and environmental review for Liberty Bell Trucking Co Inc at Old Route 6 on resolutions moved by Vice Chairman Robert Frenkel and Raymond Cote.
