Planning Board approves two subdivision resolutions on Greenpoint, Gilmore projects

NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board approves final approvals for Greenpoint, Gilmore subdivisions. The board unanimously adopted final site plan and subdivision resolutions for Greenpoint Tree Service at 61 and 65 Old Route 6 and the Gilmore project at 153 Shindagen Hill Road. Building Inspector Supervisor Michael Carnazza and Town Engineer Richard Franzetti cleared both projects.
The board also granted 180-day extensions for Western Bluff Subdivision, updating bond requirements to $563,000 and engineering fees to $28,000, and for Yankee Land Development, approved a parking waiver for 45 Secor Road to add parking for a new jujitsu tenant, and recommended bond returns to the Town Board for Stillwater Business Park and Veolia's London Bridge Wells facility.
