NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board denies two major applications, requires resubmission. Vice Chairman Robert Frenkel moved to deny S&S Holdings LLC's gas station expansion at 2 Dykeman Road and 161 East Lake LLC's residential site plan on East Lake Boulevard, both unanimously; applicants must resolve Building Inspector comments and resubmit before proceeding to the Zoning Board. Chairman Craig Paeprer directed the East Lake applicant to submit a single 10-unit proposal.
The board scheduled a public hearing for Putnam County Housing Corp's conversion of offices to three dwelling units at Seminary Hill Road and closed the public hearing for Bonasera's Restaurant's Clark Place renovations, directing the planner to prepare a resolution.
