The board approved a rooftop deck waiver for VFW Post 5491 for combat-zone veterans with conditions on music and lighting, and granted a waiver for a 24-by-40-foot maintenance shed at Rock Hill Girl Scout Camp. The board re-approved MK Realty's final site plan for Route 6 for one year, with Town Planner Patrick Cleary confirming compliance with TC zoning.
