Planning Board · Meeting of June 24, 2026
NY CARMEL — Carmel Planning Board reduces Western Bluff Subdivision performance bond by 58 percent. The board unanimously adopted an amended resolution lowering the required performance bond from $563,000 to $229,000 after Town Engineer Richard Franzetti determined fewer site improvements were needed than the project's prior owner had anticipated. The board also unanimously scheduled a public hearing for Liberty Bell Trucking Co Inc's site plan at 39-47 Old Route 6 and declared itself lead agency for Entrance Way Partners' sketch plan to subdivide a five-lot parcel consistent with 1930 Lake Secor subdivision requirements.
