Zoning Board approves all six variance applications

NY CARMEL — Carmel Zoning Board of Appeals approves all six variance applications in unanimous votes. The board granted Christopher DeGasperi a use and area variance for a plumbing business garage at 112 Buckshollow Road, and approved John C Lemmens' variance for a five-building self-storage complex at 100 Buckshollow Road. The Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department received approval for a two-story firehouse addition conditioned on landscape screening with 15-foot arborvitae, while Laura Dorazio and Liberty Bell Trucking Company received variances for residential and commercial projects.
Kevin Sheridan received a variance for a 1,280-square-foot accessory apartment, exceeding the 650-square-foot limit.
